Match 7 between the defending champions Rajasthan Royals and the Mumbai Indians was called-off two and half hours after the scheduled start of play.
This day turned out to be the worst as far as the spectators are concerned. The opening game of the Tuesday double-header between Kolkata Knight Riders and Kings XI Punjab was decided on Duckworth-Lewis hardly ten overs into the chase. Here’s hoping the rest of the tournament is no more rain affected. Rain rain stay away. Both teams shared a point each, Mumbai Indians now lead the pioints table with three points against their name.
