Yusuf Pathan hit 2 sixes and a boundary in his valiant 18 that brought Rajasthan Royals the first valid 2 points in the IPL. The players shaked hands as Ganguly left the field disappointed following his team’s decision to bowl Ajantha Mendis. Confused? This could well be called the final result of the match. Rajasthan Royals won their first match of the season in what is called the ‘Super over’ rule. Both teams were tied at a score of 150 at the end of their 20 overs. Sourav Ganguly returned a happy man after a meeting with Shah Rukh Khan and John Buchanan. SRK, the bollywood star who is the owner of the Kolkatta Knight Riders IPL team decided to put a lid on the controversy surrounding Buchanan’s theory of Multiple Captains by releasing a statement that during a game the team would resort to a group of “strategists” who would report to one on-field captain while making decisions.
